Careers with Domestique
What type of opportunity are you looking for?
W2 CONSULTANT
Fractional Consultant - Revenue Operations
Location:
Remote
Position:
W2 Consultant
About the Role:
As a Fractional Consultant - Revenue Operations, you’ll be a strategic and implementation player/coach in our mission to demystify and simplify revenue operations for our clients. You’ll help shape strategy, streamline processes, fine-tune tools, make sense of data, and drive enablement. This role requires a knack for blending big-picture thinking with meticulous execution, and if you can mix in some wit and charm, that’s a bonus.
-
At Domestique, we’re revenue operations experts with one goal: to help companies Build, Grow, and Scale. We work with high-growth businesses in the $5M to $100M ARR range, partnering to eliminate operational headaches and build alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success. Our tailored, data-driven solutions empower our clients to build repeatedly, predictably, and profitably. If you enjoy nerding out on optimizing funnel efficiency, customer engagement strategies, tech stacks, and more, you’re in the right place.
-
Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, then roll up your sleeves to develop strategies that align revenue operations with their goals. You’ll be the sherpa guiding them up the revenue mountain.
Process: Map out existing processes, identify the bottlenecks, and help design smooth, scalable systems. If there’s a puzzle, you’re the person who’ll want to solve it.
Tools: Configure and optimize CRMs and other essential tools in the revenue tech stack to maximize client efficiency. Also, brace yourself to occasionally play tech therapist—some of these tools can be temperamental.
Data: Dive into data to track, measure, and forecast key performance indicators, turning numbers into actionable insights and helping clients see where they’re winning (or where they need a little nudge).
Enablement: Develop documentation, training materials, and guides that empower client teams to work like a well-oiled machine—even when you’re not around.
-
Below are some examples of some of the awesome work that our RevOps team does with clients:
Capacity planning
ICP analysis & account grading
Territories
Establishing an outbound motion
Demand council
Sales velocity & other data analysis
-
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems (hello Salesforce & Hubspot), data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets), and eager to wrangle other revenue tools as needed.
Analytical Mindset: You’re like Sherlock Holmes with spreadsheets—capable of spotting patterns, trends, and insights that others might miss.
Growth-Oriented: You’re here to learn, to level up, and to occasionally laugh at how much you’ve learned when looking back at your first month.
Communication Skills: You can explain complex concepts without needing a whiteboard and a PhD, keeping things relatable and clear for clients and teammates alike.
Strategy & Implementation: You can help a client think about their larger GTM strategy as it relates to business goals and the macro environment while looking multiple quarters into the future. In addition, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the systems, pull reports, and work with the team on a new process.
-
We are not McKinsey! We are a crazy smart group of operators who love wearing tee shirts (most of us haven’t put on a suit in a decade), helping our clients hit their goals, and engaging in a little trash talking along the way (banter is one of our love languages). We take our values of Integrity, Incremental Improvement, Growth, Empower, and Joy seriously (do you see the irony of putting “Joy” and “seriously” next to one another). Joining Domestique means you’re stepping into a culture of growth, collaboration, and a healthy dose of humor. We’re all about building meaningful, long-term partnerships with our clients—and we believe work should be engaging and rewarding. If you’re interested in bringing your expertise, a keen eye for improvement, and just the right amount of banter to our team, we’d love to meet you.
-
We don’t believe in work life balance because this suggests your life should conform to your work schedule. Instead we believe in the Integrated Lifestyle, where your life and work should support one another. What does this mean? We work with team members to optimize the number of hours of week they want to work (a number of team members work 20-30hrs/wk) and how they want to work (a number of team members don’t take meetings before 10am or on Fridays). We believe that your work with Domestique should fit into your lifestyle.

Enablement: Develop documentation, training materials, and guides for all tech changes that empower client teams to understand and easily use the tech stack. We want people who can both build the Ferrari (ie Hubspot) and teach clients how to drive it (ie and understanding of how to use Hubspot).

Below are some examples of some of the awesome work that our MOPs team does with clients:

Single Source of Truth Reporting in Hubspot
-
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.

Fractional Contract Consultant - Other RevOps
Location:
Remote
Position:
1099 Contract Consultant
About the Role:
WTF is “Other RevOps”? Great question. A lot of our RevOps work is in areas like RevOps, Marketing Operations, SFDC, and Hubspot, however, we know that RevOps is broader than these areas. Typically these “Other” areas include Customer Success operations, content, enablement, paid media, campaign execution, fractional Head of Marketing, fractional Head of Sales, and more. If you have expertise in these areas, we would love to chat with you because these “Other” expertise help to round out our entire RevOps services.
As a Fractional Contract Consultant - Other RevOps, you’ll partner with our full time team to provide additional expertise and bandwidth. You’ll be a strategic and implementation player/coach in our mission to demystify and simplify Revenue Operations for our clients. You’ll help shape strategy, streamline processes, fine-tune tools, make sense of data, and drive enablement. This role requires a knack for blending big-picture thinking with meticulous execution, and if you can mix in some wit and charm, that’s a bonus.
